| Cruise Holidays | Sailing, cabin category, occupancy, taxes, gratuities and live cruise-line inventory. |
| Airport Transfers & Car Rentals | Vehicle type, route, distance/time package, location and travel date. |
| Meet & Greet | Airport/location, service level, number of travellers and provider charges. |
| Visa Assistance | Destination, visa category, official fees and applicable assistance/service charges. |

2. Dynamic travel pricing
Travel inventory is dynamic. Prices displayed on package cards or promotional material may be starting or indicative prices and can change with availability, season, exchange rates, supplier inventory and booking date.
3. Final payable price
The customer should rely on the latest written quotation, invoice or approved payment request issued by G Holidays. That document will state the final amount payable for the selected services and will form the commercial basis of the booking.
4. Inclusions and exclusions
Each quotation or package confirmation will specify the services included. Unless specifically included, items such as personal expenses, optional activities, meals, local taxes, resort fees, visa fees, insurance, baggage, tips or other supplier charges may be additional.
5. Taxes and fees
Applicable taxes, service charges and supplier fees will be disclosed in the quotation, invoice or payment request as relevant to the transaction.
